Kyushu’s Creative Cuisine

Kyushu

Nishimura Noodles

For some of the most creative cooking in Kyushu, look no further than Nishimura Takahito’s La Cuisine Créativité. Established by chef Nishimura after falling in love with French cuisine whilst studying in the country, this unique restaurant boasts a Michelin star and an ever-changing menu that fuses the best of both East and West.

Located just 10 minutes’ walk from Nishitetsu Hirao Station in Fukuoka City, Nishimura’s restaurant prides itself on creative dishes that merge different cuisines to combine countries and styles. Nestled in an unassuming residential area and set up in an old traditional house, visitors may easily miss the opportunity to experience this culinary delight – that is if the queue out of the door doesn't grab their attention.
